The Parish of the Deepweeds, Kingdom Sector Four - 3421

After years of trying to discover more enticing flavors for the sexual aids his company makes, Heath Miller is finally about to close a deal on the best secret ingredient available: Annabella Quinn.  For hundreds of years, the Quinn family has made the most delicious candy in the kingdom, but Bella’s recent legal troubles have damaged the reputation of the Incredible Edible Quinn Candy Company.  Heath hopes that Bella will finally be willing to listen to his proposal to work together.

Annabella Quinn can’t believe the nerve of Heath Miller.  Despite her recent difficulties, she sells candy to children, why on Earth would she want to use her skills to make sex toys?  Though she was cleared of the charges against her (trying to boil two children that she had allegedly kidnaped), she hopes to one day be known for bringing joy to children thanks to her candies.  Bella seriously doubts that making edible underwear will help her cause.  While she has no interest in working with Heath though, she can’t help the attraction she feels for him.  But Bella lives alone in the woods for a reason; she needs Heath to leave before she gives into a temptation too good to resist.

Once again, author Anna J. Evans puts an interesting twist on a popular fairy tale in SINFULLY SWEET.  Nothing is quite what is seems in the Kingdom, especially not the candy maker who lives in a cottage in the woods.  Bella is not the evil woman the Hansel and Gretel story has made her seem, but with the difficult position she is in, it’s not easy to convince others of that.  Heath, however, can see the sweet, giving, woman and is impressed with her.  Both sexy and humorous, SINFULLY SWEET is a delight.
