Seven Isles, New York - Present Day

Isabell Faylinn Dionysus, the Witch of Seven Isles, knows that time is running out for her to find her true love and save her humanity.  So she casts a luring spell, in order to bring her true love to her, and knows when he arrives in town.  She can feel her power flowing through him, plus, the amazingly sexy guy is asking for her.  For the first time, Isabell begins to believe she might be able to break the curse – and then David explains why he’s looking for her.

David Pennyfield wants nothing to do with magic, but suddenly he can see auras, and other things.  It’s a bit unnerving to be doing his job and realize your employer is a werewolf, or see a fairy or a brownie.  He’s hoping that the Witch will be able to banish this ability permanently, but he hadn’t expected the witch to be young, or beautiful.  David willingly follows Isabell to her home, but the more time he spends with her, the more he starts to doubt his reasons for coming.

Love travels a rocky road in WITCH LORE.  The legacy of Isabell’s family gives her only a limited time in which to find a human lover, or else spend eternity with the fairies.  She’s thrilled when David arrives, but like usual in her life, things don’t work out the way she hoped.  Instead of embracing her magic, David wants to be rid of it.  David has real worries about magic that are based in his past, but as he falls for Isabell, he begins to think he may be able to put those worries aside and accept her for the witch she is.  There is a strong attraction between them which makes for some very sexy scenes, earning WITCH LORE it’s E-rotic rating.  An interesting short story, check out WITCH LORE.
