Something is going wrong that is causing the magic to be off in Morgan Daemoniani’s world.  There have been so many customer complaints about her spells and potions that Morgan has even started advertising for an assistant.  The only person to apply though is a wizard – Trevor Rains.  She barely recognizes the gangly boy she knew years ago in the sexy man standing in front of her, and she has no intention of hiring him.  Until Morgan realizes that time is moving backwards, and without her magic she’s going to need his help.

Trevor has worked for thirteen years to become the powerful wizard he is – all so he can have his revenge on Morgan.  She rejected him when they were young, and he is determined to show her how it feels to be rejected by someone you love.  Except something is off with his magic also, and Trevor needs to figure out how to fix it.

WIZARD OF TIME is an interesting short story that was, perhaps a bit too short.  In addition to the relationship between Trevor and Morgan, there are two other couples featured: Trevor sets up Morgan’s somewhat shy cousin, King Artier, and Trevor’s not-shy-at-all sister, Tessa on a date, and Druscilla, the headmistress of the Wizard’s Academy finally admits her feelings to Jordan, one of the professors.  Each of these couples play an important role in the novel, and in just over seventy-five pages, there isn’t enough time to devote to any of them.

With its subtle humor and appealing characters, WIZARD OF TIME is a tale you won’t want to miss.
