An act of rebellion by Erika that Arik curtailed resulted in her losing some privileges and ever since she has avoided both brothers. Galen is the most strong willed and determined of the Savari brothers. He has been as patient as possible with Erika, but the young woman will acknowledge who she belongs to, body and soul. Arik was once Erika’s confidant, and he has missed her in the years since she withdrew from their friendship. Both brothers are virile, strong and more than able to turn a woman’s head. When they turn the full force of their personalities and bodies on Erika, it’s a foregone conclusion that she will be theirs in every possible way. Erika is a very lucky woman!

Erika’s mother is stunned to realize that she has produced one of the Guardians. She’ll do her best to help Erika gain control of her powers and to accept the love she feels for the Savari brothers. Arik and Galen are from the black caste, and their mother Katya, is disappointed in Erika’s lack of willingness to give up her green, the color of her earth caste, and be a proper wife. Each of the families on the isle belong to a specific caste, for example the green work with the earth, and the black work with animals. Their sister, Tamya, wanted them to choose her friend, Livya, and is spiteful towards Erika. Livya is a bad influence on Tamya and the Savari brothers are lucky indeed that they chose Erika over her.
