Erotic Paranormal Romance

Chicago, Illinois - Present Day

It's been five years since Caro Connory was so enthralled with a vampire that it nearly consumed her. The tattoo on her inner wrist is a constant reminder of the blood bond she shared with the charismatic Alexander King, whom she fell in love with at the age of nineteen. Those days are gone though, and Caro runs a very successful company called Party Mavens, which caters to vampires and the like. Her latest business endeavor is with the extremely popular company Stoked Corps, and Caro is positive that with them as a client, Party Mavens will be in with the elite. But no one is more surprised than she when a meeting with Jack Farrell turns into an awkward reunion with Alex. Nothing like walking in on your ex-boyfriend and future partner about to have a delicious redhead for lunch. Has Alex returned to win Caro back? Or is this purely business?

There was never any doubt in Alex's mind that Caro would come storming back into his life. They were destined to be together, but Caro's overwhelming feelings for him scared her away, and Alex had kept his promise to stay out of her life for good. Yet the gawky teenager has matured into an independent woman, and it will take more than a little patience to bring her back to him. He's also got some competition in the form of Stoked Corps Vice-President Jack Farrell, who's also had the pleasure of tasting his woman. But Alex doesn't want to share Caro with anyone now that she's back in his life. Now all he has to do is convince her that they belong together. And boy, does he have plenty of ways to do that.

PARTY VAMPS is one hot and heavy joyride about a woman who cut ties off from the only man she's ever loved in order to feel some semblance of normalcy. When Caro fell in love with Alex, she was extremely young and naive, and soon such mature and engrossing emotions became too much for her to handle. She didn't feel like she was her own person anymore, which is why it was necessary for her to cut ties with Alex. Of course, why she would let that man out of her sight is beyond me. Scrumptious, delicious...those are just a few of the words to best describe this man, and try as she might, not even Caro can deny him anything. They've got a bumpy road ahead of them, but it's one hell of a ride. There's a couple of secondary characters who provide their own sizzle in the story, including male/male action, so readers who aren't keen on that might want to steer clear of Jennifer North's latest.

Trust me, PARTY VAMPS is one party you don't want to miss.
